An f-theta lens 2 is arranged on the way to deflection, thereby, scanning speed or a focal point can be prevented from being changed due to a deflection angle. Printing is performed by an electrophotographic process device (not shown in figure) by exposing a photosensitive drum 1 by the laser light.
