Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled pharmaceuticals having excellent percutaneous absorption and increasing remedy effect of medicine, by combining lactic acid propionic acid hydrocortisone with ethyl myristate and butyl myristate at a specific amount. CONSTITUTION:0.01-1.00wt.%, preferably 0.02-0.3wt.% lactic acid propionic acid hydrocortisone is blended with a base containing 0.5-100wt.% of one or two or more kind of compounds selected from a group consisting of ethyl myristate, butyl myristate, butyl stearate and decyl oleate as blend. 2-10wt.% ethyl myristate, etc., is preferably blended in case of ointment, cream and the base may be all composed of ethyl myristate in case of liquid medicine. Further more, the base is used by adding myristic acid, etc., to mineral oil such as white vaseline, etc., higher fatty acid such as lauric acid, surfactant, etc.
