Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve joining strength and to make the manufacture easier by using a manifold to couple corrugated pipes via a joining portion formed of the same material as that of the corrugated pipes. CONSTITUTION: An elbow couples corrugated pipes, which have the same diameter, at 45 degree. The ends of corrugated pipes 10a, 10b to be joined are cut at a predetermined angle and are joined together via a joining portion 12. The material of the joining portion 12 used here is the same as that of corrugated pipes 10a, 10b. For example, if corrugated pipes 10a, 10b are made of polyethylene, then the joining portion 12 is formed of a polyethylene resin. As a consequence, the joining portion carries out the completely integral joining.
