Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a curable phosphorus-containing polythioether resin composition of excellent flame retardancy without detriment to various properties of the resin, by mixing a polyene compound with a specified polythiol compound as essential components. CONSTITUTION:This curable resin composition comprises at least one polyene compound and at least one polythiol compound of formula II (wherein x=0-1, y=2-3, x+y=3, and R is -CH2- or -CH2-CH2-). The mixing ratio of these components is such that about 0.8-1.2 SH groups of said polythiol compound are present per carbon-carbon double bond of said polyene compound. Examples of said polyene compounds include allyl esters, allylurethane, acrylic esters, vinyl ethers, and unsaturated polyesters. Said curable resin composition can be used as a composition which can be cured with actinic radiations or radical generators.
