Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a molding of a uniform thickness, by a method wherein a parison is injected to a cavity mold through a die head, the parison is premolded by feeding air within the parison and main molding of the parison is performed by performing mold clamping. CONSTITUTION:When plasticized parison 4 is extruded through a die bead 2 under a state where two cavities 1, 1 and two plate members 5, 5 are separated from one another and the lower end of the parison 4 is extruded down to a lower side than the plate member, extrusion is suspended. A part close to the lower end of the parison and air feed pipe 3 are held by placing them between the two plate members 5, 5 by making them approach and the parison 4 is included in shaping members 9, 9 by moving them forward between the cavity molds. Air is blown into the parison 4, the parison 4 is expanded while contacting the parison 4 with the shaping members 9, 9 shrouding the parison 4 externally and the parison 4 is premolded after an outside form of a molding. The shaping members 9, 9 are moved backward from the parison 4, two cavity molds 1, 1 are made to approach each other and mold clamping is performed. The premolded parison 4 is quenched and cured through the cavity mold 1 having a cooling device.
