Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a thin part from deforming plastically and breaking owing to an excessive load, by inserting a pin which projects from a rigid body block into th hole of a rigid body part and constituting a stopper so that the gap between both differs in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:When force F shown by an arrow operates between an upper ring body 16a and a lower ring body 16b, the thin part deforms to displace a columnar body 22 and projection parts 22a and 22c downward and as the force F increases enough to vary the size between pins 33a and 33c and the internal surfaces of through holes 32a and 32c, said displacement increases in proportion, so that the pins 33a and 33c contact the internal surfaces of the through holes 32a and 32c. The contacting is caused at the end parts of the through holes 32a and 32c on the side of the rigid body block because the pins 33a and 33c are tapered. Even if excessive force F larger than it operates thereafter, the thin parts do not deform any more and are protected.
