Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure even a different internal diameter by expanding or contracting tip parts of measurement arms which abut on the conic part of one end of a moving shaft by moving the moving shaft axially by a moving means. CONSTITUTION:An internal measuring means 60 is equipped with a measuring element 61 and a differential transformer 63 coupled with the means 61 through a measuring element joint 62, and converts the linear displacement quantity of the measuring element 61 into the quantity of electricity to measure the internal diameter. A contact sphere 61a is provided on one end of the measuring element 61 and projects slightly from outside the lower end part 35 of a measurement arm 30 to contact the peripheral surface of the hole A1 of a body A to be measured. The differential transformer 63 consists of a core 63a coupled with the other end of the measuring element 61 through a measuring element joint 62 and a coil 63b provided on the lower end part 35 of the measurement arm 30, and a spring 66 is provided between it and a spring seat 65 provided on the lower end part 35 and energizes the measuring element 61 outward at all times, so that the internal measuring means 60 measures the internal diameter with high accuracy.
