Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a filament yarn lattice form through such a process that, a filament yarn is mechanically put into an X-axis groove of a lattice jig on a table and manually hooked on a pin on the edge side of the jig, the table is then turned by 90 deg. and another filament yarn is similarly put into a Y-axis groove, thereby mitigating the labor of a relevant operator. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a filament yarn lattice form comprises the following process: a filament yarn A imparted with an adhesive is hooked, under a given tension, on a pin on one end in the Y-axis direction of a lattice jig B, fed by an X-axis filament yarn feed means into an X-axis groove, and then manually hooked on a pin on the other end of the X-ais groove; subsequently, the filament yarn A is shifted by one-pitch of the X-axis grooves by a Y-axis filament yarn feed means 4 and fed reversely into a 2nd X-axis groove by the X-axis filament yarn feed means; after putting a filament yarn into the final X-axis groove, the lattice jig B is turned by 90 deg. horizontally by the aid of a jig turntable 1, and then in a similar way, filament yarns are put into Y-axis grooves, and a release sheet is then placed on the filament yarns; respective operations comprising putting filament yarns into the lattice grooves and placing release sheets on the filament yarns are performed alternately, and after drying operation, the release sheets and the resulting filament yarn lattice form are separated.
