ークを差動トランス形位置検出器にて検出し、さ
らに前記すくい管のストロークをパルス信号を用
いてエンコーダにて検出し、このエンコ―ダにて
検出したデジタル検出値をアナログ変換して前記
差動トランス形位置検出器の検出値と比較して偏
差量を求め、この偏差量が所定値以下の場合には
前記エンコーダから出力されるアナログ検出値を
デジタル値に変換して流体継手すくい管ストロー
ク量表示装置に表示し、前記偏差量が所定値を越
えた場合には検出異常を表示して成ることを特徴
