PURPOSE:To obtain an overheat preventing device for a motor which is simple and safe and reusable by elastically connecting a shape memory alloy stored to release the connection state and be separated at the preset temperature to part of an electric circuit and detecting the temperature of the outer hull surface of the motor. CONSTITUTION:A shape memory alloy 2 is stored in a case and fitted to the outer hull surface of a motor to detect the temperature.
