Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect on a voltage divider capacitor, suppress the voltage fluctuation of the voltage divider capacitor even if the potential distribution is changed due to the pollution on the surface of an insulator, and allows the correct voltage detection by grounding the surface leakage current via a grounding lead wire connected to the voltage divider capacitor. CONSTITUTION:When the voltage is applied to a conductor 7, the voltage is generated on a primary electrode 6, the porcelain section 1b of an insulator main body 1, a secondary electrode 10, a lead wire 12, and a voltage divider capacitor 13 in that order. The surface resistor R2 of the insulator main body 1 is grounded by a tertiary electrode 11 and a grounding lead wire 14, and the surface resistor R5 in a cavity section 1a between the tertiary electrode 11 and the secondary electrode 10 is connected to the primary side of the voltage divider capacitor 13. Even if the surface of the insulator main body 1 is polluted by an electrolysis material and the surface resistor R2 is decreased and the leakage current is increased, it is discharged by the grounding lead wire 14. The effect of pollution is thereby eliminated, and the voltage of the conductor 7 can be measured with high precision via the voltage sharing by the voltage divider capacitor 13.
