〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は化粧水のパツテイングやクリーム類の
ふきとり或いはマニキユアの除去等に使用する化

従来、前述の目的にはいわゆる化粧綿が用いら
れている。このような化粧綿として、例えば脱脂

があるが、使用中毛羽立つたり、繊維の一部が肌
に残るいわゆる繊維残りが顕著であり、形くずれ
するので使いづらいものであつた。こういつた現
象の原因は繊維同志の結合が全く無いことであ
り、使用中繊維の一部が脱落したり、化粧綿の形
状が保持されにくいという欠点となつている。繊
維残りや形くずれを解消するために、第４図に示
すような、繊維ウエブ３に不織布４を重ね合わせ
て一体化した化粧綿も提案されている。しかし、
このような化粧綿は一体化の方法として端縁部５
を圧着或いは熱融着しているので端縁部５が柔軟
性に劣り、この部分が肌ざわりを悪くしている。
そこで端縁部５の圧着或いは熱融着の程度を弱く
して柔軟性を向上させると、化粧水等をしみ込ま
せた時に繊維ウエブ３と不織布４が分離すること
がある。又、端縁部５以外の部分は、繊維ウエブ
３と不織布４が接着されていないので、使用中繊
維ウエブ３と不織布４の間に空間ができ使いにく
い欠点も有する。

吸蔵された化粧水を効率良く圧出するように疎水
性の繊維を主成分としている。この繊維層１はあ
らかじめ一体化されているものが好ましく、具体
例としては、繊度１〜５デニール、繊維長20〜70
mmのポリプロピレン繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポ
リエチレン−ポリプロピレン複合繊維（チツソ株
式会社製ES繊維）等の疎水性繊維を単独又は混
合してカード機を通し、熱融着方式にて製造した
坪量20〜70g／m2の乾式不織布が適当である。繊
維層１は先に述べたように化粧水吸蔵層としての
役割があるので厚みは２〜５mmのものが好まし
い。又、後述するように、繊維層１は本考案にお
いて高圧流体を噴射する時の基布となるものであ
るので、バインダー等を使用していない前記のよ
うな乾式不織布が好ましく、化粧用シートに使用

に形成したものが適当であり、化粧水の透過性が
十分であればこれらに若干の疎水性繊維が混合さ

維層１と繊維層２の結合も弱いので使用時に繊維
層１と繊維層２が分離する恐れがある。従つて高
圧流体の圧力としては10Kg／cm2以上が望ましい。
更に繊維層１があらかじめ一体化されていない場
合は、化粧用シートとしての強度を得るために高
圧流体の圧力をやや高く、具体的には20Kg／cm2以
