Conventionally, so-called decorative cotton has been used for the above-mentioned purpose. Such cosmetic cotton is made by cutting a fiber web such as absorbent cotton into an appropriate size, but it becomes fluffy during use, leaves a part of the fibers on the skin, and loses its shape. Therefore, it was difficult to use. The cause of this phenomenon is the complete lack of bonding between the fibers, which results in disadvantages such as some of the fibers falling off during use and the shape of the decorative cotton being difficult to maintain. In order to eliminate fiber residue and deformation, decorative cotton has also been proposed in which a nonwoven fabric 4 is superimposed on a fiber web 3 and integrated as shown in FIG. 4. but,
For such decorative cotton, the edge part 5 is
Since the edges are crimped or heat-sealed, the edge portion 5 has poor flexibility, and this portion feels uncomfortable to the touch.
Therefore, if the degree of pressure bonding or heat sealing of the edge portion 5 is weakened to improve flexibility, the fibrous web 3 and the nonwoven fabric 4 may separate when soaked with lotion or the like. Further, since the fiber web 3 and the nonwoven fabric 4 are not bonded to each other in the portion other than the edge portion 5, there is also a drawback that a space is created between the fiber web 3 and the nonwoven fabric 4 during use, making it difficult to use.

The decorative sheet of the present invention has a fiber layer 1 mainly composed of hydrophobic fibers and a fiber layer 2 mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers.
are laminated. The fiber layer 1 plays the role of a lotion storage layer and has a suitable amount of voids.
The main ingredient is hydrophobic fibers so that the occluded lotion can be efficiently squeezed out. This fiber layer 1 is preferably integrated in advance, and specific examples include a fineness of 1 to 5 deniers and a fiber length of 20 to 70 deniers.
Hydrophobic fibers such as polypropylene fibers, polyester fibers, polyethylene-polypropylene composite fibers (ES fibers manufactured by Chitsuso Co., Ltd.) of mm are passed through a carding machine alone or in a mixture, and produced using a heat fusion method.Basic weight 20 to 70g. / m2 dry non-woven fabric is suitable. The fiber layer 1 has a thickness of preferably 2 to 5 mm since it serves as a lotion storage layer as described above. In addition, as will be described later, the fiber layer 1 serves as a base fabric when high-pressure fluid is sprayed in the present invention, so a dry nonwoven fabric as described above that does not use a binder or the like is preferable, and is suitable for use in decorative sheets. Requires sufficient strength to be used.

The fiber layer 2 mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers forms the surface layer of the decorative sheet, and is laminated on both or one side of the fiber layer 1. If the hydrophilicity of the fiber layer 2 is low, the permeability of the lotion will be poor, and the lotion will not enter the cosmetic sheet when the lotion is used and will not be transmitted to the fiber layer 1, which is the lotion storage layer. As a specific example of the fiber web forming the fiber layer 2, rayon or absorbent cotton with a fineness of 1 to 5 deniers and a fiber length of 20 to 70 mm is made using a carding machine to have a basis weight of 20 to 70 g/ m2.
It is suitable that the fibers are formed in the following manner, and a small amount of hydrophobic fibers may be mixed therein as long as the permeability of the lotion is sufficient.

The decorative sheet of the present invention is manufactured by laminating a fiber layer 1 mainly composed of hydrophobic fibers and a fiber layer 2 mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers, and then integrating the layers by spraying high-pressure fluid such as high-pressure water. However, the flexibility of the fibrous layer 2 and the degree of entanglement between the fibrous layer 2 and the fibrous layer 1 are largely influenced by the pressure of the high-pressure fluid. i.e. pressure 10Kg/cm 2
When the product manufactured below is used for cosmetic purposes, the degree of entanglement of the fibers in the fiber layer 2 is small;
Since the fibers fall off, some fiber remains, and since the bond between the fiber layer 1 and the fiber layer 2 is weak, there is a risk that the fiber layer 1 and the fiber layer 2 will separate during use. Therefore, the pressure of the high-pressure fluid is preferably 10 kg/cm 2 or more.
Furthermore, if the fiber layer 1 is not integrated in advance, it is desirable that the pressure of the high-pressure fluid be a little higher, specifically 20 kg/cm 2 or more, in order to obtain strength as a decorative sheet.

In the cosmetic sheet of the present invention manufactured under the above-mentioned conditions, the fibers constituting the fiber layer 2 are entangled with each other by high-pressure fluid, so that the fibers do not fall off during use, and the lotion absorbing layer is Since a certain fiber layer 1 has sufficient strength, it does not easily lose its shape even when it is made into a decorative sheet.

Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 3, the decorative sheet obtained by laminating the fiber layer 2 on only one side of the fiber layer 1 can have different properties on both sides, so the hydrophilic fiber layer 2 side can be patted and hydrophobic. The fiber layer 1 side of can be used for different purposes such as wiping off cream.

The cosmetic sheet of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and when used, the lotion that has passed through the fiber layer containing hydrophilic fibers as its main component contains hydrophobic fibers as its main component. It is occluded in the fiber layer, and because of the hydrophobic fibers, it has excellent pressability of lotion, and there is less waste of lotion.

In addition, the hydrophilic fiber layer that comes into contact with the skin has fewer fibers left because the fibers are well bonded to each other, and the fiber layer, which is mainly composed of hydrophobic fibers, has sufficient strength so that the cosmetic sheet does not lose its shape. few. Furthermore,
By spraying high-pressure fluid, the fiber layer mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers is fixed to the fiber layer mainly composed of hydrophobic fibers, so the surface is uniform and flexible as a whole, and it can be easily rubbed against the face. It has an excellent texture even with the addition of these movements.
