Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize driving of high accuracy and high speed response by making a lip section in a T-die main body an elastic deforming section, to which a number of air pressure control sections are connected at a given interval and micro-driving the lip sections through the elastic deforming sections. CONSTITUTION:Voltage-air pressure converters 4 are directly coupled with a number of pressure chambers 3 provided close to the upper section of a lip section 2 of a T-die main body 1. Supplied air pressure Ps is reduced almost in proportion with a current (i) put into voltage-air pressure converters 4 and the pressure P in pressure chambers 3 is controlled. When the pressure P in the pressure chambers 3 is increased, turning moment is generated in the lip section 2, and the lip section 2 is driven around an elastic hinge section 8 as a center to reduce the gapping (g). Also, inversely when the pressure P is reduced, the lip section 2 is driven in the direction reverse to the above said to increase the gapping (g). In said case, displacement amount is determined from the rigidity of a structure in three faces, left, light and below, encircling the pressure chambers 3 and the rigidity of the elastic hinge section 8. Thus, high accuracy driving almost without looseness or backlash can be carried out by the elastic deformation of the structure by means of air pressure control.
