Abstract

PURPOSE:To judge the proper maximum pressure for a molten material to the molten material temperature and also the range of molding temperature by analyzing the pressure condition for the molten material by means of analyses under a plurality of mold temperatures and graphically displaying in a display device functions for the maximum pressure for molten material of respective elements basing on the mold temperatures as variables resulted from computation of pressure distribution of molten material obtained from the analyses. CONSTITUTION:Elements of a shape model of a molded product are divided and the finite element method is applied for the purpose of resin fluid analysis in a mold. Two kinds of resin temperature, 220 deg.C and 260 deg.C, are set, and also a molding condition of varying the mold temperature in the range of 10 deg.C-240 deg.C for respective temperatures is set and analysis composition is carried out in order. The maximum resin pressure of respective elements of the shape model is put out by utilizing the resin pressure distribution data at the time of completion of filling obtained as a result of said process and used as the data at said mold temperatures. A characteristic curve diagram is provided by making a graph of the data obtained by repeating above- said procedures. Further, the proper range of the mold temperature can be limited by displaying said diagram in a graph.
