Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a material to be applied with liquid substance in an arbitrary shape by desiringly control an XY table, a feed part of liquid substance, an application part capable of changing size of a square aperture part and a driving part for vertically driving the application part with a controlling part. CONSTITUTION:An XY table 1 and a controlling part 3 or an application part 4 and a driving part 5 of the application part are mechanically joined by a trestle 8. Further a materials 2 to be applied which is fixed on the table 1 is controlled by the controlling part 3 and transferred on a plane to the directions shown in arrows. Simultaneously the application part 4 is vertically moved by the driving part 5 and lowered in a place for necessitating application and raised in a place for unnecessitating it. On the other hand, liquid substance is sent to the application part 4 through a hose 7 from a feed part 6 and sent to a square aperture part 9 from an inlet 12. In this aperture part 9, a movable piece 10 is moved right and left as shown in arrows by indication of an aperture driving part 11 and application width is changed. A material is applied in an arbitrary shape by properly controlling the table 1, the application part 4 and the aperture part 9 with the controlling part 3.
