方、運転者がシートから離席した場合には自動的
にロータリの回転を停止するような機構も提案さ
れているが、再度着席すると即時にロータリが回
転駆動されることとなつており、いずれにしても
動力の無駄が多く、またロータリ近傍の作業者を
負傷させる虞れがあつた。
