り突出せしめた複数の腕杆の先端部を下方に向けて略コ
の字形状に形成した締付具の係止爪上面を前記係止部の
斜面に相対する斜状とし・、該係止爪を前記切欠き部位
より口縁外周に位置せしめ、次いで横方向に回動すれば
係止部下面と係止爪上面に形成される夫々の斜面が圧接
し咬止状態となるべく構成し、更に締付具の中央部位に
配設した螺杆にて蓋体中央部を押圧すべく構成してなる
