Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the safety of the apparatus by connecting a mixing unit and a flow rate control unit to an instantaneous type hot water supplier, and controlling both units on the basis of the state of hot water and the operational state of the instantaneous type hot water supplier. CONSTITUTION:When a discharge port 22 or 24 and a flow rate area designated by a setter 30, a controller 31 controls a control valve 33 by a control valve driving device 34, and the controller 31 is supplied with data whether the hot water supplier 16 is burning or not from the instantaneous type hot water supplier 16. When the controller 16 detects that the flow rate on the hot water side does not reach a minimum ignition flow rate of the instantaneous type hot water supplier 16 and hence the combustion is stopped because the setter 30 sets a low temperature or a small flow rate, a control valve driving device 34 of the flow rate control unit 21 is driven to increase the flow rate. When the apparatus 16 is not ignited even if a control valve 33 is fully opened, the mixing ratio is gradually corrected by the mixing valve driving device 29, and the flow rate on the hot water side is increased. By this construction, the safety of the apparatus is increased.
