(D) Means for solving the problem In the present invention, a first burner in which the combustion amount is variable within a certain range, and a second burner in which the combustion amount is constant at a certain amount within the combustion amount variable range of the first burner. A burner, a burner blower, a ventilation path for distributing combustion air from the burner blower to the first burner and the second burner, and a combustion air flow provided to the second burner side ventilation path and flowing into the second burner. And a control device for controlling the number of revolutions of the burner blower, the operation of the damper, and the combustion of both burners. The control device reduces the amount of combustion when the first burner is ignited by a predetermined amount lower than the maximum amount of combustion. In addition, when the rotation speed of the burner blower is set to a lower rotation speed than during normal combustion, and when the second burner is ignited, the damper is operated, and when the first burner is ignited during the combustion of the second burner, the second rotation is performed. Burner burning After the fire is once extinguished, the first burner and the second burner are fired in this order.

(E) Operation With this configuration, when the first burner is ignited, the number of revolutions of the burner blower becomes lower than that during normal combustion, and the amount of combustion air supplied to the first burner becomes air suitable for ignition. Because of the amount, the flame is not blown out and the ignition is performed satisfactorily. Further, since the combustion amount at the time of ignition is set smaller than the maximum combustion amount, the ignition sound is also reduced. On the other hand, when the second burner is ignited, the amount of combustion air flowing into the second burner is limited by the damper, so that the amount of combustion air supplied to the second burner becomes an air amount suitable for ignition and the second burner However, the ignition is performed well and the ignition sound is reduced.

When the first burner is ignited during the combustion of the second burner, the combustion of the second burner is once extinguished, and then the ignition is performed in the order of the first burner and the second burner. By giving priority to the ignition of the burner over the combustion of the second burner, even if the second burner is burning first, after the second burner is once extinguished, the first and second burners are fired. It is possible to perform ignition under the respective optimum conditions in order.

The hot water supply command is issued by the hot water supply switch (38) (44), the automatic operation switch (39) or the water injection switch (40) of the bath side remote control (34) or the terminal side remote control (35). And, when the flowing water of the water supply pipe (17) is detected by the signal of the flowing water switch (18), first, the burner blower (6) is operated to pre-purge the burner (4). ) And the main solenoid valve (13) are opened, and the ignition device (36) is operated. At this time, the valve opening of the pressure proportional control valve (14) is adjusted so as to have a gas supply amount suitable for ignition as shown in FIG. 3, and the rotation speed of the burner blower (6) is controlled by the gas supply amount. Can be suppressed to a lower rotation speed than the rotation speed suitable for In this way, by reducing the amount of air blown by the burner blower (6) as much as possible, it is possible to prevent the flame from blowing out at the time of ignition. At the time of ignition, there is sufficient air around the burner (4). There is no problem at all. Further, at the time of ignition, the combustion amount is smaller than the maximum combustion amount, so that the ignition sound is also reduced. After ignition, the combustion amount depends on the load on the hot water supply side (difference between the temperature set by the hot water temperature setting device (43) or (45) and the temperature detected by the hot water temperature thermistor (20)).
cal / h), the valve opening of the pressure proportional control valve (14) is adjusted in accordance with the characteristics shown in FIG. 3 so as to obtain this combustion amount, and the gas supply amount to the burner (4) is controlled. At the same time, the rotation speed of the burner blower (6) is controlled, and the amount of combustion changes at an appropriate air-fuel ratio. Hot water is supplied to the terminal by opening the faucet (24), and hot water is supplied to the bathtub (30) by operating the circulation pump (28) and switching the three-way valve (27) as shown by the dashed arrow. Done.

When the automatic operation switch (39) of the bath remote controller (34) is turned on and the detected temperature of the bathtub temperature thermistor (32) is lower than the temperature set by the bathtub temperature setting device (42), the circulation pump (28) operates. . Then, when flowing water is detected by the flow switch (26), the burner blower (6) is activated, and after the burner (5) is pre-purged, the original solenoid valve (10) and the bath shutoff valve (15). Is released, and the ignition device (37) operates. At this time, the number of revolutions of the burner blower (6) becomes constant at (a) as shown in FIG. 4, and the damper (8) is actuated to the broken line position, and the combustion air flowing into the burner (5) The amount is squeezed. The reason why the amount of combustion air is reduced when the burner (5) is ignited is to prevent the flame from blowing out, and the burner (6) is satisfactorily ignited. The burner (6) burns
Since it is constant at 10,000 kcal / h, the ignition sound is also low. When the burner (6) is ignited in this way, the hot water heated in the reheating heat exchanger (3) is used for the reheating recirculation pipe (25).
The water circulates through the three-way valve (27), the circulation pump (28), the bathtub (30), and the return pipe for additional heating (26), and the additional heating of hot water in the bathtub (30) is performed. Then, when the temperature detected by the bathtub temperature thermistor (32) becomes equal to or higher than the set temperature, the circulation pump (28) stops, and the combustion of the burner (5) also stops.

If a command to reheat the bath is issued while tapping water from the faucet (24), the number of revolutions of the burner blower (6) is changed to the burner (5).
Is ignited during (a), and the damper (8) operates. For this reason, the burner (5) is ignited under the same conditions as in the case where only the additional firing is performed. Then burner (5)
Burns at a constant burn rate (10,000 kcal / h), and burner (4) burns at a constant burn rate (6000 kcal / h to 30,500 kca)
l / h). When the load on the burner (4) is small, the rotation speed of the burner blower (6) becomes constant at (a),
When the load of the burner (4) is large, it changes between (a) and (b) (see FIGS. 3 and 4), so that the combustion air is burned during the combustion of both burners (4) and (5). There is no worry about excess or shortage.

When the faucet (24) is opened during the additional heating of the bath and a hot water supply command is issued, the burner (5) is once extinguished, and the burner (4) and the burner (5) are ignited in this order. In this method, first, the burner (4) is ignited under conditions suitable for the burner (4) having a large combustion amount at the time of ignition, and then the burner (5) is ignited in accordance with the condition of the burner (5) having a small combustion amount. For this reason, both burners (4) and (5) are sequentially fired under optimum conditions. Since the time required for ignition of the burner (4) is short, there is no problem even if the reheating is interrupted.

(G) Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is configured as described above, when igniting two burners having different combustion amounts, it is necessary to control the rotation speed of a burner blower and the operation control of one damper which are commonly used. Thus, each burner can be ignited under the optimum condition, and not only the ignition failure due to the blowout of the flame or the like can be prevented, but also the combustion amount at the time of ignition is limited, and the ignition noise can be reduced. Further, when the first burner is ignited during the combustion of the second burner, the combustion of the second burner is once extinguished, and then the first burner and the second burner are ignited in that order. A gas water heater for performing hot water supply and reheating of a bath, in particular, by ignoring the first burner over the combustion of the second burner so that each burner can be sequentially ignited under optimal conditions.
