Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:A peptide of formula I (R<1> is amino, hydroxyl group; Y<1> and Y<3> incorporate to form a disulfide bond; Y<2> and Y<6> incorporate to form a disulfide bond; Y<4> and Y<5> incorporate to form a disulfide bond) and its salts. USE:A growth promoter, tissue-repairing agent. PREPARATION:For example, Boc-Ala-4-(oxymethyl)phenylacetamide resin (Boc is t-butoxycarbonyl) is used to repeat the operations of bonding of an amino- protected amino acid and deprotection from the C-terminal in accordance with the amino acid sequence of the peptide to give a peptide resin. The resin is treated with hydrogen fluoride to eliminate the peptide of formula II, then the product is oxidized with air to form disulfide bonds, resulting in the peptide of formula I.
