ープの心線数と同じ溝数を持つたＶ溝ブロツクと
、 前記多心光フアイバテープの心線数に対応して
間隔の距離を変えることができる２本の電極棒と
、 前記２本の電極棒の間隔の距離に対応して放電
電流が変えられる電源を備え、 前記多心光フアイバテープの心線数に対応して
溝の間隔の距離と溝の数が異なつた、Ｖ溝ブロツ
クと交換することができ、 第１の前記保持具に固定したままの多心光フア
イバテープと第２の前記保持具に固定したままの
多心光フアイバテープとを融着接続することを特
