Abstract

The heat exchange 1 has a P.I.D. set value 1 corresponding to sudden load temperature and a P.I.D. set value 2 making great account of stabilizing the cooling medium temperature. After transmitting the ON/OFF of a power supply of the device 2 to the controller 10 through an input line 3, the cooling capacity of the heat exchange 7 is controlled by using the set value 1 during the over/under shoot period of the cooling medium, and after a prescribed time, the stability of the cooling medium temperature is controlled by means of the set value 2 so as to be held.
