り、作業者の視覚・聴覚等に訴える手段により警
報を発する。5は輝度調節回路で外部調節端子6
によつてCRT4の輝度を可変する。そしてプロ
セスに異常がなき場合にはCRT4の輝度は下げ
られている。また警報回路3へ警報出力がCPU
より入力したときはこの入力によつて輝度調節回
路5はCRT4の輝度を上げる方向へCRT4の輝
