CONSTITUTION:When a loading switch SW is pushed, a switch member S1 associating with the loading switch SW energizes a charge circuit 18 but deenergizes a discharge circuit 19. Thus, a capacitor C is charged while a loading instruction relay coil R3 is driven to energize a loading instruction circuit 13. When the loading switch SW is released, the drive of the loading relay coil R3 is stopped. At this time, even though the loading switch would be left to be pushed, charge current is cut off after a predetermined time which is determined by the capacitor C and the relay coil R3 elapses, and accordingly, the drive of the loading instruction relay coil R3 is stopped. The capacitor C discharges at once when the loading switch SW is released. Thus it is possible to enhance the safety.
