Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it easy to take out a cement bond material molded item and to make it possible to obtain a flat and smooth surface whose propeties are of the same level as that produced in a plaster mold, by using a nonwoven fabric coated with a water-permeable membrane material on the inner face of a mold. CONSTITUTION:The inner face of a mold is covered with a non-woven fabric coated with a water-permeable membrane material. A cement bond material is cast-molded in the mold and dried, burned or furthermore enameled and burned. Strength of a molded item is improved by using the cement bond material in such manner and thereby preventing the breakage in handling. Especially, it is possible to make the surface properties of the molded item to be the same flat and smooth face as that prepared in a plaster mold by using the non-woven fabric coated with the water- permeable membrane material on the innerface of the mold. As the water-permeable membrane material absorbs and permeated water and exists in a water-containing state and in a jelly-like state between the non-woven fabric and the molded item after the strength of the molded item is improved by aging, it is possible to make easier releasing and taking out of the cement bond material molded item from the mold, which hitherto have been difficult.
