Description
第１図は本考案に係るマニユアルバルブの断面
図である。第２図はマニユアルバルブを手動で開
とした時の状態図、第３図は流入油路の圧力が所
定値を超えた時の状態図、第４図は別の実施例の
断面図及び第５図は従来例に係るバルブブロツク
の断面図である。 尚図面中、１はバルブブロツク、２は流入油路
、３は流出油路、４は組付け孔、５は弁体、９は
スチールボール、１１はスプリング、１２は外側
閉塞部材、１３は内側閉塞部材、ａ１は第１の油
路、ａ２は第２の油路である。

Claims (1)
- 流入油路及び流出油路が開口する組付け孔をバ
ルブブロツクに形成し、この組付け孔に前記流入
油路をその進退動によつて開閉する弁体を螺着し
てなるマニユアルバルブにおいて、前記弁体外周
面と組付け孔内周面との間及び弁体内には夫々第
１及び第２の油路が形成され、これら第１及び第
２の油路は前記流入油路と流出油路を繋ぎ、第１
の油路については弁体が後退した際に開成され、
第２の油路については、その中間にスプリングに
よつて閉方向に付勢される閉塞部材を介設し、こ
の閉塞部材は流入油路の圧力が所定値を超えた際
に開となることによつて第２の油路が開成される
ことを特徴とする油圧機器用マニユアルバルブ。
