- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 高圧室を形成するハウジング内壁面と被シ
ール体との間に、断面形状において高圧側に傾倒
する環状の弁体を設けたことを特徴とする流体シ
ール装置。 (2) 弁体は筒体の内壁面に同心的に複数突設さ
れてなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の流体シール装置。 (3) 弁体は断面形状型の複数の装着環により
複数設けられてなることを特徴とする実用新案登
