の周面又はその間に前記シールリング本体及び前
記ガスシールリングとは異質の材料からなる介在
物を設けていることを特徴とするシールリング装
置。 (2) 前記介在物が少なくとも二硫化モリブデン
を含有する熱硬化型樹脂を硬化させ且つ前記少な
くとも一方の周面に形成させた樹脂被膜層である
ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第(1)項のシールリ
ング装置。 (3) 前記介在物が前記シールリング本体と前記
ガスシールリングとの間に配された金属製の箔で
あることを特徴とする請求の範囲第(1)項のシー
ルリング装置。 (4) 前記介在物が前記少なくとも一方の周面に
形成させた金属被膜層であることを特徴とする請
