Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize and to increase the degree of accuracy by compensating a manufacturing error by using the first to third resistances each for phase balance fine adjustment, permeance quantity adjustment and for excitation impedance balance respectively. CONSTITUTION:The first resistance R1 of low resistance value for phase balance fine adjustment and the second resistance R2 to adjust equivalently permeance quantity are connected in series to two excitation windings (for example, Ua1 and Ua2) connected in series of each phase, and the third resistance R3 for excitation impedance adjustment is connected in parallel to the first and the second resistance. The magnetic field is formed by excitation winding, and when a rotor rotates, the permeance due to the rotor teeth varies with almost sine wave function against the rotation angle. The phase modulated signal voltage is obtained by output winding. Accordingly, in spite of the miniaturization, the balance of each phase is improved, and the influence of the work and assembly errors can be suppressed to the minimum.
