Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve routing performance, arranging density and punching yield of bus bar having tabs, by extending a routing portion of bus bar in routing direction and moving rising position of tab. CONSTITUTION:Bus bars 1C, 1D are punched from a metal plate, and tabs 2C, 2D are formed at obliquely facing positions by folding respective end portions. The bus bar 1C having shorter routing portion is extended in routing direction and the tab 2C is moved to the position of the tab 2D so as to face them each other. The bus bar 10 is extened in such a manner that the opposite end portions E1, E2 thereof are secured then the bus bar 1C is pressed by means of a set of upper mold 4 and a lower mold 5 having a recess 6 thereafter a recess 7 is applied with surface press. Since rising position of tab 2C at the end portion can be moved without producing a projection from the routing face of the bus bar 1C through extension of the bus bar 1C, adjoining bus bars 1D, 2D can be faced easily thus enabling formation of electrode group.
