Abstract
PURPOSE:To execute the alignment with high accuracy irrespective of a tolerance of the diameter of a disk, by constituting the titled device so that a contact member abuts on the disk and the alignment is executed in accordance with turning of a driving member. CONSTITUTION:When a glass disk D is placed on a turntable 20, and an aligning operation is started, each aligning head 51A, 51B, and 51C moves toward the center of the turntable 20 in the same way as the case of an initial adjustment, and abuts on the peripheral edge of the glass disk D. In such a way, an assembly error, etc. of supporting members 40A, 40B and 40C are absorbed by an initial adjustment, an each tip of the aligning heads 51A, 51B and 51C is displaced so as to be always in an equal distance from the center of the turntable 20, therefore, the alignment can be executed with high accuracy, irrespective of a variance of the diameter of the glass disk D. Also, driving of a motor 30 is transferred to the aligning heads 51A, 51B and 51C through a spring 37, therefore, it does not occur that the glass disk D is damaged by excessive pressing force at the time of alignment.
