Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve tensile strength and flexibility with excellent noncombustibility provided by coating a nonflammable sheet layer having one or more layers and composed of an inorganic fiber or, if circumstances require, of an inorganic fiber joined by a hyperfine inorganic substance joining medium produced in a liquid dispersion system in which an inorganic pigment is included, on a conductor. CONSTITUTION:A nonflammable sheet layer 3 is coated on a conductor 1, the layer 3 has one or more layers and is composed of an inorganic fiber or, if circumstances require, of an inorganic fiber joined by a hyperfine inorganic substance joining medium made to be produced in a liquid dispersion system in which an inorganic pigment is made to be included. In the layer 3, to satisfy tensil strength and flexibility concurrently, the content of an inorganic fiber is made to less than 50 percent in the inner layer of the conductor side and to 50-80 percent in the outer layer, and two or more layers including an intermediate layer are made to laminated sheets or extrusion molding corresponding to the reaction formation of joining medium in a liquid dispersion system of a pigment and a fiber. Inorganic pigments having individual grain sizes and shapes selected to closestly packed are picked up by a paper machine, dewatered, and dried. A substance, in which a hyperfine inorganic substance having a diameter of 0.1mum or below is made generative adsorption by a soil suspension system of an inorganic fiber alone or of both a fiber and a pigment, is made to a joining medium and a sizing agent.
