CONSTITUTION:Detected values of engine revolving number Ne and torque converter output revolving number Nt, together with vehicular speed signal, are put in an arithmetic unit 1 to send out drag force Fvc and theoretical vehicular speed Vsp. Trigger signal from a slip sensor is lapped with the stored traction force and the vehicular speed is added for setting a control target 2. In a control selector 3, a traction force and a vehicular speed to be command bases are obtained and throttle command value is set up. In the selector 4, the throttle command value Sc is compared with command value Si by lever to select smaller one, and the smaller one selected is sent out to the engine as throttle signal So.
