Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce the panel for construction causing no drift in the length of the front and back of a metal plate by passing a laminated metal plate through numerous forming rollers and progressing bending gradually toward the outside from the side close to the center of the metal plate. CONSTITUTION:A comparatively thick galvanized sheet 1 and thin titanium 3 fed from a roll respectively are adhered by laminating by interposing a plastic made heat insulating sheet 2. The laminated sheet thus formed is passed through a bending device 4 continuously. Now the forming stage is gradually progressed by passing the laminated sheet through numerous forming rollers 4a, 4b... to execute bending of both end parts. In that case, the bending is started from the side rear the respective center of said laminated sheet and executed to the outside gradually. And finally, the end part of at least one part of the titanium 3 of the surface is bent to the back side and the end part of the galvanized sheet 1 of the back side is wrapped together with the end part of the heat insulating sheet 2 preferably.
