When the proximity facing distance A between the fluorescent lamp 13 and the reflecting plate 11 is gradually increased than 1.5 mm, the amount of leak of high frequency current is gradually decreased, luminance on the lamp bulb surface is made almost constant at luminance ratio of 100% without drop, but the average luminance on the light diffusion plate 12 is substantially decreased in reverse proportion to increase in the proximity facing distance A.
