CONSTITUTION:The output shaft 3 of a transmission 2 linked to an engine 1 is linked to a center differential device 6 via a pair of gears 4, 5. And, a torque distributing device 15 is provided bypassing the center differential device 6 to carry out receiving/delivering of driving torque between front and rear driving shafts 7, 11. In this structure, the detected signals of a vehicle speed sensor 31 and an accelerator opening sensor 32 are inputted into a control unit 33. And, a control signal from the control unit 33 is outputted into the hydraulic clutch 21 of a torque distributing device 15 via a hydraulic unit 34. Thereby, the distribution of torque between front and rear wheels 10, 14 can be properly controlled.
