Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent fine dust from entering a housing and to prevent internal mechanisms from deteriorating owing to the dust by providing a circulation air flow generating means which circulates an air flow in the housing through heat sources and a cooling means which has its cooling surface positioned in the circulation air flow and its heating surface at the internal wall part of the housing, and repeating circulation to the heat source side. CONSTITUTION:A couple of fans 35 and 36 functioning as the air flow generating means are arranged in the front and rear chambers 32b and 32c of the housing 1, and the cooling means, i.e. a freezing means 38 is provided in the front chamber 32b so that its cooling surface faces the passing surface of an air flow A and its heating surface is fixed directly to a base frame 1b and a front panel 1c. Then the circulation air flow A circulates only inside the housing 1 and is blown to the heat sources 2, 5a, 6, 12, and 16, and the air flow A which rises in temperature by heat exchanging circulates to the heat source while cooled again by the freezing element 38. Consequently, the heat sources 2, 5a, 6, 12, and 16 in the equipment are cooled through the closed loop without opening the inside of the equipment to the inside of the chamber.
