Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and surely analyze the specific component in a sample by separating the specific component in the sample by a component separating part provided to an automatic chemical analysis apparatus and dispensing the specific component at every prescribed rate each in a dispensing part. CONSTITUTION:Only the blood-plasma permeates into hollow yarn membranes 12 when blood is supplied from an introducing path 13. On the other hand, the blood cell component is discharged from a discharge device 14 to the outside. The permeated blood-plasma is dropped downward from an open end 11a of a case 11. This blood-plasma is dispensed to a filter 15 which is disposed below the open end 11a and is provided to a hole 17a of a cap 17. A desired amt. of the blood-plasma is held in component holding fibers 19 by controlling the dispensed blood-plasma with time. The dispensing quantity is measured by cutting the component holding fibers 19. The cut component holding fibers 19 fall into a reaction tube 18. The blood-plasma held in the fibers is then quickly mixed with a reagent 20 and is subjected to an analysis.
