A correlator 6 correlates the pseudo random signal of a signal source which is returned as the response input signal to an input terminal with a delay reference signal which is delayed by a specific time and then outputs only the signal component to be measured whose correlation is held. Thus, the signal component to be measured is extracted from the response input signal wherein the signal component of fine signal level to be measured and a signal component of larger signal level then the signal component to be measured not to be measured.
