CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of a synchromesh are set up in a main speed change group A in series, setting them down to a first gear pair G1, a third gear pair G3 and a second gear pair G2 in order from the side of an engine E, and gears 6 of the second gear pair G2 are constituted solidly with gears 14 of a sub-speed change gear group B as one body. With suchlike constitution, an intermediate reduction gear train installed in the conventional gear shifter is disused, and loose-fit gears 14 of the sub-speed change gear group B is directly rotated by loose-fit gears 6 of the main speed change gear group A.
