Abstract

PURPOSE:To smooth wrinkles from packaging bags in the re-deaeration process, and to totally prevent the generation of wrinkles on packaging bag in which an object to be packaged is already contained and also to prevent disorder of the shape, by further negatively pressurizing the inside of a pressure container at the re-deaeration process which follows the sealing process and precedes the vacuum breaking process. CONSTITUTION:Since a pressurizing plate 55 presses an object to be packaged 81 with an independent force from the pressure in a vacuum room 21a, the object to be packaged 81 can be pressed with a sufficient force up to the end of the vacuum breaking process. Also, even when the object to packaged 81 contracts, since a pressure backing plate 58, which pinches the object to be packaged 81 together with the pressurizing plate 55, is supported by a spring 57; a sufficient pressurizing force to the object to be packaged 81 can be maintained, and in the re-deaeration process, which precedes the vacuum breaking process, wrinkles and disorder of the shape of a packaging bag 82, in which the object to be packaged is contained, are eliminated, and therefore, the wrinkles and the disorder of the shape, which have been generated prior to the vacuum breaking process, will not develop or extend with contraction of the object to be packaged 81 and the packaging bag 82. Also in the vacuum breaking process, generation of wrinkles and deformation of the packaging bag can be totally prevented in cooperation with the function of the pressurizing plate 55.
