BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a package in which a product is fixed near the center of a bag portion of a plastic product packaging bag, and in particular, a relatively expensive small product such as a button battery. The present invention relates to a package for articles such as electronic components such as semiconductor modules, and accessories such as metals, coins, rings, and earrings. Such a small product is difficult to store or handle because the size is small by itself, and the storage or handling can be facilitated by increasing the size of the package.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, small merchandise has been sold in the form of a package several times larger than the size of the merchandise. For example, a packaging for a button battery has a recess in the center and a button battery is inserted into a container called a blister made of a vinyl chloride resin having a flange surface on the periphery thereof, and the size of the button battery is several times the size of the button battery. A plastic sheet and a flange surface of the container are adhered, fitted or welded together with a cardboard or plastic sheet of a size, and packaged. When the package is turned over, the blister package has a container portion made of vinyl chloride resin protruding almost at the center of the large backing paper, and the button battery is housed in the convex portion (blister). Since the size of the blister package is enlarged by the mount, it is convenient for the distribution process and the preservation of the consumer, but when the consumer actually removes the button battery from the package, the blister package is robust, There is a disadvantage that it is very difficult to break this. Further, containers to be discarded are bulky compared to the size of the stored commodities, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of resource saving and disposal pollution. Furthermore, in the packaging process, there is a disadvantage that it is difficult to automate the packaging process of individually putting products into the concave containers and joining them to the mount, and it takes time to manufacture the package.

The present inventor has conceived of a package made of a thermoplastic resin plastic bag which can be automatically packaged, instead of the blister package. However, when the product is displayed and stored, the package is stored. It is not clear whether there is a product stored in the bag because the product is unevenly distributed on the bottom and one end of the bag and there is no product near the center of the package (on the backing sheet) as in the case of blister packaging. A disadvantage occurred. Therefore, as a result of intensive research, it is preferable from the viewpoint of resource saving and pollution, and in a plastic film product package with a header that is easy to take out stored products from the package, automatic packaging is possible, and when hanging from the header,
The invention of a method for manufacturing a packaged product with a header, in which stored products are present in a state of being lifted from the bottom almost at the center of the bag body and in which the products can be clearly confirmed, has been completed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS There are no particular restrictions on the products to which the package manufacturing method of the present invention is applied as long as they can be stored in a plastic packaging bag. Are suitable. The plastic packaging bag used in the method for producing a package of the present invention is a packaging bag with a header including a header portion and a bag portion, provided that the packaging bag has an opening near the boundary between the header portion and the bag portion. It can be used without particular limitation. In other words, it is a packaging bag comprising a bag portion formed by fusing side edges of a polymerized plastic film and a header portion extending from one of the opening edges of the bag portion. Based on such a packaging bag with a header, a packaging material having a thick core material sheet attached to the header portion can be suitably employed from the viewpoint of automatic packaging workability. In this case, it is possible to suitably use a thin core sheet in which thin films extending from both sides of the opening of the bag portion on both sides of the thick core sheet are laminated on both sides of the core sheet. Back printing (or front printing) is usually performed on the thin film laminated on the bag body film and the header extended from the bag body film. In addition, the core material of the thick sheet can be provided inside the bag body separately from the header. Alternatively, a packaging bag with a header, which is a bag body core sheet integrally extended from the header core sheet, is convenient from the viewpoint of the manufacturing process. In the manufacturing method of the present invention, a product is inserted into the bag from the opening of the packaging bag, and the product is held at an intermediate position between the opening and the bottom of the bag by force from the outside of the bag. And a method of manufacturing a product package in which the pressure inside the bag is reduced, the product is fixed at the holding position by the atmospheric pressure outside the bag film, and the opening is fused and sealed. Therefore, in the production method of the present invention, a packaging bag with a header having an opening near the boundary between the header portion and the bag portion can be used without any particular limitation.
The packaging bag with the header used in the production method of the present invention is for holding stored goods in a reduced pressure state. In order to maintain the reduced pressure state for a long time, it is desirable to use a gas barrier film for the bag body film. As the gas barrier film, an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer film, a polyvinylidene film, a nylon film, or the like can be used. In particular, a biaxially stretched gas barrier film (for example, Super Neal (trade name, manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation)) is desirable as the nylon film. When these gas barrier films are employed, a laminated film in which a polyolefin-based film is laminated on the inner layer can be used to impart heat sealing properties. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings of embodiments. 1 and 2 are a plan view and a cross-sectional view of an example of a packaging bag used for a product package manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention. The packaging bag used for this package includes a header 1 and a bag 2 as shown in the figure, and an opening 3 is provided on the lower edge of the header 1 on the front side. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the header portion 1 is folded over from the lower edge of the front side of the core sheet 11 to the upper edge 13 of the core sheet to the back surface of the core sheet 11, A thin film 12 that is folded back at the bottom edge 14 and reaches the opening 3 is provided, and the laminated body having this cross-sectional structure is blown off at the bag body side edges 4 and 5 to form the bag body side edges 4 and 5 and The side edges of the header 1 are welded to form a header 1, a bag 2, and an opening 3, respectively.
Are formed. A suspension hole 6 is formed in the header 1. From the opening of this packaging bag, the button battery 9
And temporarily locked at a middle portion between the bottom portion and the opening portion of the bag portion by a force from the outside of the bag portion as shown in FIG. This temporary locking means can be used by any method, for example, by pressing from both sides of the button battery 9. Further, a preferred method of temporary locking is to firstly set a horizontal position at a desired height from the bottom of the bag body by a holding mechanism 10 such as a bar or a plate in a state where the packaging bag is set upright in FIG. The bag body is pressed from the outside of the bag body below the thickness of the product to be stored in the bag body (for example, the button battery), and the button battery is dropped from the opening to the upper part of the holding mechanism 10 to temporarily move the bag battery to the middle of the bag body part. The locking method is desirable from the viewpoint of automatic packaging.
When the holding mechanism is formed in a shape as shown in FIG. 4 having inclined holding portions 7 and 8 in which a holding position is lowered from left and right to the center, when a product such as a button battery falls from above, a bag is formed. It is more desirable because it is temporarily locked at the approximate center of the left and right side edges of the body.

In the manufacturing method of the present invention, after maintaining the state shown in FIG. 3, the package is sealed under reduced pressure. In the reduced pressure sealing according to the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, after inserting the injection needle 15 into the opening, the entire opening edge is heat-sealed from above the injection needle 15. Next, the inside of the bag is evacuated with a vacuum pump connected to the injection needle to reduce the pressure. Due to the reduced pressure, the bag films on the front side and the back side come into close contact with each other, and the button battery 9 is fixed at the above-mentioned temporary locking position inside the bag body by the adhesion. Next, at the same time as the needle is withdrawn, the needle hole is quickly melted with heat and sealed. Thus, the package shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 can be manufactured after the vacuum sealing step. In the package manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention, the pressure in the bag body is reduced, but the pressure in the header 1 is normal. In this reduced pressure state, when the gas barrier film is used, the reduced pressure is maintained for a long time, and the product can be held substantially at the center of the bag. Further, as a reduced pressure sealing method of the manufacturing method of the present invention, the inside of the bag body is made airtight by simply mechanically pressing strongly along the opening edge while the injection needle is inserted, and after the needle is depressurized, the pressed sealing line is drawn. Can be heat-sealed immediately below. The production method of the present invention includes a known automatic packaging machine (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-296628,
620209, JP-A-6-191514)
Can be modified and used. That is, in the filling step of the above automatic packaging machine, fixing the header portion,
In automatic packaging in which goods are slid or dropped between the surface of the header portion and the opening edge with the opening edge mechanically opened, a structure having an opening at the lower edge of the header portion is convenient. The manufacturing method of the present invention is characterized in that, in the automatic packaging machine described above, a temporary locking means, for example, a mechanism for clipping a lower portion of the bag body before inserting the product and a heat-sealing opening when the product is inserted, The apparatus of the present invention can be modified simply by adding a mechanism for holding the injection needle to reduce the pressure and a mechanism for heat sealing after removing the needle. As the packaging bag used in the manufacturing method of the present invention, the core material sheet 11 is also provided in the bag body portion shown in FIG.
Are particularly desirable. The front side with the opening 3 of the bag body portion 2 where the core sheet 11 is located is a front film a extending from the thin film 12, and the back side of the bag body is formed by laminating the thin film 12 and the core sheet 11. Has become. In this bag, the core material sheet 11 serves as a core material of the header portion 1 and also serves as a core material of the bag body portion 2, and is constituted by a thick core material sheet 11 integrally continuous with the header portion 1. I have. In the merchandise packaging bag with a header in FIG. 7, the stored merchandise is stored between the front film a and the core sheet 11. In this case, as shown in FIG. 8, the three layers of the core sheet 11 and the thin film 12 on the front and back sides of the bag are tightly adhered to each other except for the portion where the product is locked by the same reduced pressure sealing as described above. I do. As is clear from the shape of FIG.
This is very similar to the blister packaging embodiment. Normal pressure is applied between the thin film of the header and the core sheet. When the product is taken out, if a part of the bag body is broken, fixing of the bag body by decompression is canceled and the product can be taken out easily. Alternatively, a product packaging bag in which the core material sheet is separated and cut into a header portion core material and a bag body portion core at the position of the opening edge, and the core material sheet is fixed to the front film a on the front side having the opening portion is also available. Can be formed. The stored product can be a product packaging bag with a header that is stored so as to be seen from the back side in FIG. In this case, the front and back are reversed, and the side with the opening 3 is the back side as the product packaging bag. As described above, it is desirable that the core material sheet be provided in the bag body portion, since the core material sheet performs the same function as the backing sheet of the blister package and increases the size of the package. Thus, the package body provided with the core material sheet manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention in the bag body can hold the product in the center of the package similarly to the blister package, and has the same size as the blister mount. It has the advantage of a blister package of expanding action, and eliminates the aforementioned disadvantages of the conventional blister package.
