Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a printing apparatus capable of being re-adjusted without disassembling and improved in maintenance, by providing a screw held in the direction crossing the center-of-rotation shaft of a type wheel at a right angle and adjusting the angle of rotation of a motor bracket. CONSTITUTION:In a type wheel 2, types 2b are provided to the leading ends of fingers 2a. A screw 13 pierces the hole 12b to be threaded with the screw hole 11b and a spring 14 is arranged between the folding pieces 11a, 12a. In the adjustment of the centering of the type 2b and a hammer 9, the screw 13 is rotated in a loosening direction to raise the folding piece 12a by the spring 14 and the motor bracket 12 revolves around a wheel shaft 4 in the direction shown by an arrow A.
