Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize excellent oxygen and water moisture barrier properties, prevent ply separation from occurring and improve the formability of laminate by a method wherein vinyliden chloride-based resin as gas barrier layer, plasticized polyvinyl chloride resin as softening material, acid-modified ethylene- based resin and ethylene-based resin are laminated to one another in the specified order. CONSTITUTION:Vinylidene chloride-based resin A as gas barrier layer, plasticized polyvinyl chloride resin B as softening material, acid-modified ethylene-based resin C as adherent material and ethylene-based resin D as sealing material are laminated in the order of D-C-A-C-B from the inner layer. As the vinylidene chloride-based resin, vinylidene chloride-polyvinyl chloride copolymer is generally used. As the softened polyvinyl chloride resin, oligomer having a molecular weight of 1,000-10,000 or the like is frequently used. The acid-modified ethylene-based resin is obtained by chemically bonding ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer or the like. As the ethylene-based resin, polyethylene or the like is used.
