The brittle part on the cutting edge part of the tip is removed through machining, and the generation of chipping and cut on the cutting edge during the cutting work can be prevented, and at the same time, the exfoliation of the coated layer on the cutting edge part is avoided, and the service life of the cutting edge can be prolonged.
