Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily correct the deviation from the design value without requiring a plurality of power supplies and switches by taking actions for correcting the deviation of the number of turns and the configuration from the designed value due to the tolerance of the diameter of a superconducting wire on the outermost periphery of a superconducting coil, which has a little effect on the uniform magnetic field and has a low experience magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:In a superconducting device wherein a superconducting wire 4 is wound which is divided into a plurality of groups in the axial direction of a winding bobbin 1 and a superconducting coil 2 for generating a highly uniform magnetic field in a predetermined space 3 is provided, corrective actions are taken for correcting the deviation of the number of turns and the configuration from the designed value due to the tolerance of the diameter of the superconducting wire 4 on the outermost periphery of said superconducting coil 3 which has a little effect on the uniform magnetic field and has a low experience magnetic field. For instance, in winding a superconducting wire 4 having a wire diameter of D in a predetermined bobbin width l, if the number of turns is short of a predetermined number of turns because the wire diameter has become thick, the lacking number turns are wound as an excessive or short wire 5 in the coil's outermost layer, and contrarily, if the number of turns is excessive, they are reversely wound. Also, for the change in the configuration, the position x of the excessive or short wire 5 is properly determined so as to correct it.
