Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the high-speed voltage rising time and give no adverse effect to the discharge performance at all without being affected by the combustion heat of an ignition agent by inserting a metallic eyelet ring at the opening section of a negative electrode layer made of lithium and lithium alloy and expanding it into an integrated structure so as to generate an expanded flange section.
