前記レベルアツプパイプ３が耐火物製の上パイプ
３ａと、該上パイプ３ａの下端部に接合された金
属製の溶断パイプ３ｂと、該溶断パイプ３ｂの下
端部に接合された耐火物製の下パイプ３ｃとによ
り構成され、かつ、該下パイプ３ｃの下端部にて
前記ノズル２部上に同芯状に植設されたことを特
