前記レベルアツプパイプ3が耐火物製の上パイプ
3aと、該上パイプ3aの下端部に接合された金
属製の溶断パイプ3bと、該溶断パイプ3bの下
端部に接合された耐火物製の下パイプ3cとによ
り構成され、かつ、該下パイプ3cの下端部にて
前記ノズル2部上に同芯状に植設されたことを特
