The recirculated water is reaches a heater 9 through the cooling pipe 11 in a cooling tank 10 and recirculated in the heater 9 to reach a reaction thermostatic tank 4. The solenoid vale 2 is closed after the finish of measurement and the heating temp. of the heater 9 is raised to predetermined temp. to kill the bacteria in the recirculated water and stable analytical data can be always obtained.
