<Prior art> Conventional floor heating panels generally have a hot water pipe made of metal such as copper placed between a heat insulating plate that prevents heat conduction to the floor structural material and a surface radiation plate made of metal such as aluminum. However, many have a structure in which a special heat storage material is provided around the hot water pipe to store heat from the heating medium.

Such conventional floor heating panels often have insufficient strength, so it is necessary to further lay a reinforcing board such as plywood on top of the installed panel. This plywood or the like undergoes changes such as warping or bending over time due to heating by the panel. This had the disadvantage that the plywood had to be replaced several years after it was installed.

In addition, since copper pipes are generally used as hot water pipes, the connections between the panel's hot water pipes and external water pipes, as well as the connections between the panel's water pipes, must be done by brazing or by using expensive connectors. There was also the problem of high installation costs.

Furthermore, since the heat storage material is only formed locally around the hot water pipes, its heat storage effect is not sufficient, and temporary fluctuations in hot water temperature or temporary stoppage of hot water supply may cause the panel to The disadvantages are that the surface temperature tends to change easily and the surface temperature tends to become non-uniform.

<Structure of the invention> The floor heating panel of the invention includes at least a portion of the water supply pipe (in addition to hot water, other heating media such as steam can also be used) inside the joined body of the heat insulating board and the asbestos board. The main feature is that the asbestos board is buried in contact with the asbestos board, and the asbestos board serves as a surface structure material, a heat storage material, and a surface radiation board.

<Embodiment of the invention> FIGS. 1 and 2 are a sectional view and a partially cutaway plan view, respectively, showing an embodiment of the invention. In these figures, 1 is a heat insulating board made of foamed plastic or the like, and 2 is a hard asbestos board.
The insulation board 1 and the asbestos board 2 are joined by a method such as adhesive,
It constitutes the panel base. Reference numeral 3 denotes a water supply pipe, which is made of a plastic pipe, preferably a nylon pipe (trade name: Toughcon Pipe, manufactured by Unitika). This nylon pipe has excellent durability and thermal conductivity, and when a connection socket made of the same material is used, it can be easily bonded to this socket with an adhesive. This plastic pipe 3 is buried in a groove 5 formed in the asbestos board 1 and the back protrusion 4 when or before joining the heat insulating board 1 and the asbestos board 2.

In this way, the floor heating panel of this embodiment uses the asbestos board 2, which has excellent strength, to constitute the panel base, so it can be installed without special use of reinforcing boards such as plywood as in the past. You can also lay carpet etc. directly on it. Furthermore, when a plastic pipe 3 that can be bonded with adhesive is used as a hot water pipe, the piping work is easier compared to a conventional floor heating panel that uses copper pipes that require brazing. For this reason, the installation cost of the floor heating panel of this embodiment is significantly lower than that of the conventional method.

Furthermore, the floor heating panel of this embodiment has an extremely simple structure and is easy to assemble, and the asbestos board 2 is made of inexpensive material and can be easily formed into the desired shape as shown in the drawings by drawing or molding. Can be molded.
In addition, when using the drawing method, two plastic pipes 3 are routed in parallel as shown in Fig. 2, so for the part of the pipe 3 facing in the length direction of the panel, It is sufficient to bury it as is in the existing groove 5 that has been formed in advance by drawing, but in the case of the pipe 3 section that crosses in the width direction of the panel, as shown in Fig. 4, small pieces of asbestos may be placed in the gap. Insert the transverse protrusion 4' consisting of
It is preferable to cut out a part of the protrusion 4 and bury it in the groove 5' of the transverse protrusion 4'. Furthermore, plastic pipe 3 is also less expensive than copper pipe. Therefore, this floor heating panel can be manufactured much more cheaply than conventional ones.

Furthermore, the asbestos board 2 serves as a heat storage material and a surface radiant board together with the surface structure material, and since asbestos has excellent heat storage properties, it exhibits an extremely excellent heat storage effect. Moreover, this heat storage effect is due to the asbestos board 2
It can be obtained in the whole area. Therefore, compared to conventional floor heating panels in which heat storage material is locally installed near the hot water pipes,
Changes in panel surface temperature due to temporary fluctuations in hot water supply temperature or temporary stoppage of hot water supply are reduced, and the temperature distribution on the panel surface becomes uniform.

Here, since the plastic pipe 3 is accommodated in the groove 5 of the asbestos board 2, the contact area between the plastic pipe 3 and the asbestos board 2 is increased, thereby increasing the efficiency of heat transfer from the plastic pipe 3 to the asbestos board 2. It's for a reason. In addition, the protruding portion 4 of the asbestos board 2
can also be formed as an independent member.

In addition, in conventional floor heating panels, the water pipes are usually 1
Since the single hot water pipe is made to meander from one corner of the panel base to the opposite corner, the difference in water temperature between one end of the water pipe and the other end may cause Temperature unevenness on the panel surface was likely to occur. In contrast, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, two plastic pipes 3 are routed in parallel within the panel surface. Therefore, one of the plastic pipes 3 is used as an outgoing hot water pipe,
If the other plastic pipe 3 is used as a returning hot water pipe and the hot water is flowed in the opposite direction, the average temperature of the hot water in the adjacent parts of the two plastic pipes 3 will be approximately equal to the temperature at any position on the panel surface. The amount of heat supplied is equalized over the entire panel surface. Due to the effect of such a device and the excellent heat storage effect of the asbestos board 2 as described above, the uniformity of the surface temperature of the floor heating panel is significantly improved compared to the conventional method.

Note that the configuration of the hot water pipe is not limited to the above example, and may be changed as appropriate. FIG. 3 shows an example. In this example, there is only one plastic pipe 3, but if it is divided into two from the center, it can be considered to be the same as the above embodiment, and it is clear that the same effect can be achieved.

FIGS. 5 and 6 are sectional views showing other embodiments of the present invention. The underfloor heating panels of each of these examples are quite heavy due to the weight of the asbestos board 2, but from the viewpoint of handling, it is preferable that it be lightweight as long as the strength and heat storage performance are not impaired. The case shown in FIG. 5 has the same structure as the one shown in FIG. 1, with a large number of small round voids 6 provided near the upper surface of the asbestos board 2 in its length direction. On the other hand, in the case of Fig. 6, an asbestos plate 2' is provided on the lower side in addition to the asbestos plate 2 on the upper side.
A rectangular gap 7 is provided between these two plates 2, 2'. Therefore, the panel has sufficient strength and excellent heat storage properties, and the weight of the entire panel is reduced. The structure of the asbestos board portion shown in FIG. 6 can be integrally formed by drawing, but it may also be made by joining two asbestos boards, the upper and lower asbestos boards, and the asbestos board forming the connection part 8, respectively. In that case, the asbestos plate of the connecting portion 8 may be provided integrally with one of the asbestos plates.
